DLR First Frames: Story & Application Clinic Dates
Story & Application Clinics are workshop for filmmakers wishing to take in the dlr First Frames scheme.
Story Clinic will review and elaborate on the fundamentals of good storytelling in the short film format.
Participants may use the workshops to outline project ideas and to receive guidance and feedback on shaping their screenplays before submission deadlines.
Story Clinics are opportunities for filmmakers to delve deeper into story ideas while receiving feedback. These sessions are not individual sessions and therefore filmmakers should be aware that they will take place in a group. Story clinics are not compulsory, the purpose of the Story Clinics is to provide advice and support for filmmakers with their project ideas.
Filmmakers looking to take part in a Story Clinic must submit the following:
– Short Synopsis
– Two-page Story Outline
Please note that spaces on sessions are limited and request does not guarantee that places will be available. We will contact you shortly to let you know if a place is available on your requested date. Filmmakers may only take part in one story clinic and are limited to one person per project rather than a project team.
