Great lineup at Corona Fastnet Short Film Festival

The Corona Fastnet Short Film Festival kicks off today in the lovely village of Schull, Co Cork. Its vast programme features a wealth of Irish Film Board-funded shorts and features. See the full lineup here or visit the official website.
This independent event, which takes place from May 21st to 25th, is now in its sixth year. Uniquely, it is a festival without cinemas: screenings take place in the village hall, in pubs, restaurants, shops, galleries and on the sides of buildings. Films are shown both in or out of competition, and there are workshops and family events over the weekend.
