Exhibition ‘Casino Salad’ by Kathrina Shine at Filmbase

Casino Salad is Kathrina Shine’s current exhibition showing at Filmbase
From Thursday 17th to Wednesday 23rd December

Described as fresh, vibrant, multi-layered & steganographic impressionism through the mediums of acrylics and inks. Images & titles are some times juxtaposed with a wry sense of humour, all the titles are evocative of the work from “Up in Nellie’s room behind the Wallpaper”, “Pop goes the Weasel” to “Flamenco Phoenix Sheelagh” -

The paintings take you on a journey through the 28 pieces and have left viewers wanting a second viewing of this distinctive work.
