‘Henry & Sunny’ tells the bittersweet tale of Henry, an unemployed clown, in love with the famous soap opera actress, Sunny Carmichael.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to be nominated in the Best Short Film, Best Director and Best Actress categories”, said director Fergal Rock. To be selected for a Hollywood film festival and have the opportunity to screen our film in as prestigious and historic a setting as The Egyptian Theatre is a fantastic achievement in its own right. To receive nominations for Best Director and Best Actress is the icing on the cake.”
The Feel Good Film Festival takes place at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood from August 13th-15th.
There will be a special pre-Hollywood screening of Henry & Sunny at The Odessa Club on Sunday, July 25th at 8pm. The screening will be followed by live music and DJ. Admission is €8.
