The Manhattan Short Film Festival takes place at The Sugar Club on 3rd October.

The concept behind this event is that short films from all round the world are submitted to the organizers in Manhattan, a final list is put together and the films are screened in 200 countries around the world. All the viewers in each cinema then vote on the films and they decide who the overall winner of the festival is.
