On November 11 & 12, Jordan, a play by Anna Reynolds with Moira Buffini will be presented at Filmbase as part of Women’s Aid 16 Days of Action Opposing Violence Against Women Campaign 2010, in association with the University of Ulster. The play will be performed by Déarbhail Carr and Directed by Carole-Anne Upton.

Filmbase is delighted to once again be participating in Culture Night and this year we have a whole host of activities planned. They include short film screenings in the basement space and on the ground floor, taster courses in editing, directing and sound, a special make-up FX demo for all ages and lots more! [...]

Filmbase will be closed for the August Bank Holiday weekend. We close at 5.30pm on Friday 30th of July and re-open at 9.30am on the morning of Tuesday 3rd August.
