Ireland’s first Kurdish Film Festival
Ireland’s first film festival focussing on the growing body of acclaimed feature films, shorts and documentaries featuring Kurdish stories and by Kurdish directors The festival runs from Friday, 1st to Sunday, 3rd October 2010.
Events take place in The Dock and in Cinema Northwest on St Georges Terrace.

National Heritage Week (21 - 19 Aug 2010)
National Heritage Week will take place in hundreds of locations across Ireland from the 21st – 29th of August.
There will be a diverse range of events going on throughout the week. Film highlights include the IFI’s Home Movie Heritage Day which takes place from 11am - 4pm on Sat 21.

‘Savage selected for international festivals ahead of Irish cinema release
