Filmbase is an Apple Authorized Training Center and as such falls under Apple's strict standards in all areas, including facilities, instructor certification, courseware certification, and Course Cancellation Policy. While our Final Cut Studio training is no longer certified due to the release of the new Final Cut Pro X and Motion 5, we will continue to offer the highest-quality training experience for the Final cut Studio suite of applications. FINAL CUT PRO 7
Final Cut Pro 7 Essentials
2 Days
This hands-on training covers Final Cut Pro 7's basic editing techniques. Learn to import and organize media, mark and edit clips, add titles, create transitions, apply filters, and more. Topics include basic project setup, customising preferences and settings, various editing and trimming techniques such as the Ripple and Roll tools, audio editing and mixing, finishing and final output for the web and DVD.

Final Cut Pro 7 Advanced Editing
1 Day
This hands-on training covers Final Cut Pro 7's more advanced editing techniques. Learn to edit and trim clips more efficiently using keyboard shortcuts and dynamic trimming, edit multi-camera projects, work with nested sequences, create custom effects and transitions and manage your projects and media for archiving.

DVD STUDIO PRO 4
DVD Studio Pro 4 Essentials
1 Day
This course guides students through the key aspects of DVD authoring, from initial storyboarding to building and burning the final DVD. Learn to create quality MPEG 2 video with Compressor before creating custom menus and buttons in DVD Studio Pro 4.

COLOR 1.5
Color 1.5 Essentials
1 Day
This hands-on training starts with the basics of color balancing and correction, and moves on to the fine points of secondary grading, including scene matching, using vignettes to isolate regions and creating color effects and 'looks'. Color 1.5's integration with Final Cut Pro 7 is also demonstrated.

Course Cancellation Policy
If notice is received at least (i) 14 days in advance of the class, the Customer is entitled to a full refund, (ii) 7 days of the class, the customer is entitled to a full class credit which must be used within 3 months of the date of the original class to another class offered by Filmbase. Customer is not entitled to a refund or class credit if less than 7 day advance notice is given. Failure to provide notice at least 14 days in advance of the class obligates the Customer to pay the full price of the class.
Filmbase reserves the right to amend or cancel the date, time and location of a Training class including replacing the personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the Training. In the event a Training class is cancelled, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Filmbase shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or amendment.
Payment Terms
VISA, MasterCard, Laser, company or personal check, cash (all in Euros) are all acceptable terms of payment.
