We are bombarded on a daily basis with so much information about diet and weight loss. Everywhere we turn we see advertisements for the latest quick-fix solution or a celebrity-endorsed book which promises to reveal the “secrets” to achieving the ideal body. Well, there is no secret and many of these claims can be harmful to your health.

It’s not surprising you feel overwhelmed and hopeless with all these conflicting messages. The truth is that our relationship with food and our bodies can be complex; we are all unique with our own unique challenges in this area. I want to make it simple for you to make the healthy choice and know what is best for YOUR body. So, if you have just about run out of hope of ever reaching that healthy, slim body you desire or having a relaxed attitude around food, my workshop on 11th September is for you.
